摘要
在生料制备过程中，矿山搭配开采、原燃料预均化，生料配料控制、生料均化等各道工序都会对生料最终质量产生一定影响，从而对窑的煅烧操作及熟料质量产生影响。文章列举五种常见的生料制备系统的流程，并对每种流程作了分析讨论。认为小型和中型水泥企业原料的预均化和生料均化是保证生料质量不可缺少的两个环节。原料、生科取样的有代表性、配料控制的准确性和及时性是保证生料质量的必要手段。文章并介绍了改进型园库均化库的工作原理及效果，这种均化库既适合于原燃料的均化，也适合于生料均化。
Raw meal quality might be impacted in certain degree by the processes of proportioned qunying, raw materials and fuel per-blending, raw meal proportioning and homogenizing, thereby, kiln bdring operation and clinker quality are affect. The aticle shows 5 kinds of flow sheet of common raw meal preparation system. Based on the analysis of each flow sheet, it concludes that raw materials per-blending and raw meal homogenization are two indispensale links to ensure raw meal quality in middle and small scale cemnt plants. The represetative of raw materials and raw meal sampling,and the accuray and timely control of raw meal proportioning are the imperative ways to guarantee raw meal quality. The article also introduces the principle and effect of the improved silo, which is adapted for homognization ofbeth raw materials & fuel and raw meal.
