摘要
创建一流的高职院校,必须坚持以人为本。坚持以人为本,集中体现在教育必须以育人为本,以学生为主体;办学必须以人才为本,以教师为主体;发展必须从实际出发,统筹兼顾,和谐发展。
Creating first-class higher vocational colleges must adhere to the principle of people-centered which manifested closely foster-centered while student as main body in education,talent-centered while teacher as main body in running school,development must proceed from reality,balanced and harmoniously.
