摘要
粘液表皮样癌是涎腺恶性肿瘤中最常见的一种。本实验以六亚甲基二乙酰胺(HMBA)作为分化诱导剂,对涎腺粘液表皮样癌MEC-1细胞进行了体内外诱导,并通过银染技术对对照组和HMBA诱导组癌细胞核内核仁组成区(NORS))的数目、大小及分布特征进行了观察。结果表明:经HMBA诱导后的癌细胞,细胞核内嗜银颗粒的数目明显较对照组少,且直径变大,分布趋于集中。说明在HMBA作用下,癌细胞向成熟方向发生了一定分化,AgNORS技术在诱导分化研究中有一定应用价值。
Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of salivary glands.In this paper,we used hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) as a inducer to induce human mucoepidermoid carcinoma cell line MEC-1 cells to differentiate in vitro and vivo.The nucleolus organizer regions was investigated by means of the argyrophil (AgNOR) technique.The results showed that the mean number and mean diameter of AgNOR S in HMBA group were significantly different from that in control group.It suggests that HMBA can induce MEC-1 cells to differentiate toward nomal or binign cells in vitro and vivo.The argyrophil technique may play an important role in differentiation researches.
