AgNOR_S在六亚甲基二乙酰胺诱导涎腺粘液表皮样癌细胞分化研究中的表达和意义 被引量:2

摘要 粘液表皮样癌是涎腺恶性肿瘤中最常见的一种。本实验以六亚甲基二乙酰胺(HMBA)作为分化诱导剂,对涎腺粘液表皮样癌MEC-1细胞进行了体内外诱导,并通过银染技术对对照组和HMBA诱导组癌细胞核内核仁组成区(NORS))的数目、大小及分布特征进行了观察。结果表明:经HMBA诱导后的癌细胞,细胞核内嗜银颗粒的数目明显较对照组少,且直径变大,分布趋于集中。说明在HMBA作用下,癌细胞向成熟方向发生了一定分化,AgNORS技术在诱导分化研究中有一定应用价值。 Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of salivary glands.In this paper,we used hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) as a inducer to induce human mucoepidermoid carcinoma cell line MEC-1 cells to differentiate in vitro and vivo.The nucleolus organizer regions was investigated by means of the argyrophil (AgNOR) technique.The results showed that the mean number and mean diameter of AgNOR S in HMBA group were significantly different from that in control group.It suggests that HMBA can induce MEC-1 cells to differentiate toward nomal or binign cells in vitro and vivo.The argyrophil technique may play an important role in differentiation researches.
