摘要
从脾胃肠病的虚实转化、相互传化、波及他脏、他脏病及４个方面，论述了脾胃大小肠病虚实病机及其传变规律。掌握这些特点。
The features and principles were discussed from 4 aspects as followed:the transmission of spleen,stomach and intestine itself,the transmission between them,the transmission from other viscera,the transmission to other viscera.These suggested it is important for clinical treatment with differentiation to study the relation between spleen,stomach and intestine deeply.
