摘要
目的:了解我院中药不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2007～2009年通过网络系统向北京市药品不良反应监测中心上报的98例中药ADR报告,按患者性别、年龄、给药途径、ADR累及的器官或系统及临床表现、ADR发生率居前10位的中药、严重的ADR、ADR发生时间等方面进行统计、分析。结果:98例中药ADR共涉及31个中药品种,60岁以上的老年患者ADR的发生率最高(39.80%);静脉滴注是引发ADR的主要给药途径(86.73%);皮肤及其附件损害最为常见(33.33%);中药注射剂是引发中药ADR的主要剂型;注射用穿琥宁引发的ADR最多(21.43%);严重的ADR有7例(7.14%);用药当天发生ADR的比例最大(85.71%)。结论:应提倡合理使用中药,重视中药ADR的报告和监测工作,以减少和避免ADR的发生,保障患者用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the characteristics and general rules of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by traditional Chinese medicines in our hospital so as to provide reference for rational clinical use of drugs.METHODS：98 ADR cases induced by traditional Chinese medicines submitted to Beijing Center for ADR Monitoring by our hospital during 2007～2009 via network system were analyzed statistically in respect of patients age and sex,routes of administration,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations,top 10 traditional Chinese medicines in terms of numbers of ADR cases,serious ADR cases and occurrence time of ADR cases etc.RESULTS：Of the total 98 ADR cases,a total of 31 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were involved;the ADRs were mostly occurred in elderly patients aged above 60 years（39.80%）.Intravenous drip infusion was the major route of administration,accounting for 86.73%.The most common presentation was lesion of skin and its appendants（33.33%）.Traditional Chinese medicine injection was the chief dosage form.The ADR induced by Chuanhuning for Injection took the lead,accounting for 21.43%.There were 7 serious ADR cases（7.14%）.85.71% of the ADR cases occurred within 24h after medication.CONCLUSION：Rational use of traditional Chinese medicines should be intensified in hospital,meanwhile,great importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of traditional Chinese medicines induced-ADRs in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR and ensure patients medication safety.
