摘要
目的:总结中西医结合治疗坏疽性脓皮病的方法,提高对该病的认识。方法:我院2007～2008年收治的2例坏疽性脓皮病病例,通过简要分析,对其发病机制、临床特点、中医药治疗、外治法等经验进行研究探讨。结果及结论:中西医结合治疗坏疽性脓皮病疗效满意,继续研究总结,加强诊断与鉴别诊断,避免误诊、漏诊。
OBJECTIVE：To summarize the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for gangrenous pyoderma and to improve our understanding on this disease.METHODS：Through a brief analysis of two Gangrenous Pyoderma cases that treated by our hospital from 2007 to 2008,we discussed its pathogenesis,clinical features and our experiences in Chinese medicine treatment and external treatments and so on.RESULTS CONCLUSION：The efficacy of combined treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for gangrenous pyoderma is satisfactory.We should continue investigation and summary on which and intensify diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gangrenous pyoderma in an attempt to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
