摘要
在同一小鼠体上以木瓜蛋白酶雾化吸入造成肺气肿疾病模型,同时构建中医肾虚证,以此模拟肺肾两虚的中医虚喘证候。造模前后观察小鼠的耐力、耐寒能力,自由期三项指标SOD、GSHPX、MDA的变化与临床一致;用调补肺肾方进行治疗有效,反证模型的可靠性。
Pneumonectasis by the aerosol inhalation spray of velardon and TCM syndrome of kidney asthenia was induced on the same mouse, in order to simulate the TCM dyspnea of deficiency type caused by asthenia of lung and kidney. Observing the endurance, cold tolerance and changes of the three parameters in free time which are SOD、GSH PX and MDA, the results show the three parameters are in accordance with those in clinic. Then treat with the prescription of “regulating and nourishing the lung and kidney” to prove the reliability of the model.
