摘要
目的了解广东省职业卫生技术服务机构现状,为政府管理部门决策提供科学依据。方法结合机构的资质续证工作,调查广东省通过续证评审的职业卫生技术服务机构(分珠江三角洲地区和非珠江三角洲地区),统计分析各机构人员、设备、技术能力、质量管理等方面的前后变动状况。结果共调查39家续证机构。各地职业卫生投入有了明显增加,固定资产投资增加4.02亿元,工作用房增加7.72万m2。职业卫生技术服务人员增加357名(45.71%),高级职称人员增加62人(45.59%),本科及以上学历人员增加212人(59.05%),每万名职工增加职业卫生技术人员0.21名。新增各类仪器设备1091台(套),职业卫生检测认定项目增加323项。结论 2004—2008年间,广东39家职业卫生技术服务机构的技术力量和管理水平得到提升;与珠江三角洲地区比较,非珠江三角洲地区机构发展速度相对滞后。职业卫生技术服务机构建设有待进一步加强,以适应工业迅猛发展的需求。
Objective To investigate the status of occupational health service institutions in Guangdong province and to provide scientific basis for decision-making of the government management.Methods Combined with the qualification review on occupational health service,investigations were carried out to analyze the changes of human resources,equipment,technical background and quality control.Results Of the 39 investigated institutions,occupational health investment had significantly increased from 2004 to 2008.Fixed assets that cost 402 million yuans were newly added and 77 200 m2 of new-built office occupancy were put into service.357 people joined the occupational health technique service teams （increased by 45.71%）,62 people （45.59%） were promoted to higher titles.The staff with a bachelor degree or above increased by 59.05% （212 people）,but only increased an average of 0.21 occupational health physician per 10 000 workers.1 091 sets of new instrument and equipment were put into service and 323 new items of occupational hygienic detection were carried out.Conclusion From 2004 to 2008,the overall technical background and management of 39 occupational health service institutions in Guangdong have been improved.Compared with the Pearl River Delta district,the development of institutions in other districts are relatively laggard.Therefore,to keep pace with the industrial development,construction of occupational health service institutions in Guangdong should be further strengthened.
