简要介绍了预应力混凝土箱梁预制的施工工序,对预应力混凝土箱梁预制施工过程中的质量控制进行了探讨,具体阐述了预应力材料,预应力箱梁梁体准备工作等的质量控制措施,并结合影响施工质量的因素指出了施工质量控制的要点,以指导实践。
The construction process of prestressed concrete box beam prefabricating was introduced simply,the quality control of prestressed concrete box beam prefabricated construction process was discussed,and the prestressed material,prestressed box beam body preparation works quality control measures were specifically illustrated.The construction quality control points were pointed out combined with construction quality influencing factors so as to guide practice.
