3G通信市场的差异化营销及价格竞争策略实证分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国电信市场第三次重组改革,3G业务运营方案、竞争战略能否促成有效竞争成为社会关注的焦点。运用博弈论理论对3G通信市场的价格和差异化运营策略进行分析发现,当三家企业同时进行决策时,实施最大差异化战略是最优策略,此情况下电信运营商收益最大,且价格竞争被弱化。目前3G业务仍处于生命周期的引入期阶段,提供的业务种类和功能有限,差异化程度也比较低。
