摘要
格里森的HFT计算卡中有四个控制参数，影响机床的调整和接触斑点的形状及位置。本文提出增加两个控制参数△Ax与△x，并针对BJ130汽车后桥准双曲面齿轮做切齿试验，分析结果，找出参数△Ax和△x对接触斑点的影响规律。
There are four control parameters in HFT compution card of Glwason, which affect adjustment of machine tool, form and position of contacting spot. In this paper, two control parameters, △Ax and △ x are influence of increased, the cuding gear test is made by processing standard double curved surface gear of BJ130.The law of parameters △Ax and △ x on contact spot is obtained by analyzing experiments.
