干煤粉气化烧嘴隔焰罩冷却水系统技术方案探讨 被引量:2

摘要 国内引进的粉煤气化装置烧嘴隔焰罩相继出现泄漏故障,分析认为隔焰罩的冷却水系统工艺不合理是导致隔焰罩泄漏的原因之一。为此,针对气化炉汽/水系统的运行特点,提出了将隔焰罩的冷却水从气化炉的汽/水系统中独立出来,采用温度相对低一些的冷却水作为冷却介质的方案,并设计了隔焰罩冷却水系统的新流程。该方案投资少,并可保持原有系统的完整性。 Leakage faults have successively occurred on flame-isolating cover of the burning-nozzle used for imported pulverized coal gasification equipment.From analysis,it is believed that the unresonable cooling water system for said flame-isolating cover is one of the causes leading to leakage.For this,directing against operating features of steam/water system of the gasifier,a new scheme for cooling the flame-isolating cover,in which the cooling water is separated from steam/water system of the gasifier and lower temperature cooling water being used as cooling medium,has been put forward,and new flow process of cooling water for the flame-isolating cover being designed.The new scheme has low invested capital,and maintains integrity of the original steam/water system of gasifier,providing reference for designing similar equipment.
