摘要
超(超)临界机组主蒸汽管道广泛应用P92钢,因此研究适当的对其的检验方法非常重要。对此,选用不同K值探头,对同厚度的P92钢和碳钢试块进行了声速测量,结果表明P92钢与碳钢的声速特性相似,对P92钢的超声波检验可以沿用碳钢超声波检验方法。
The material P92 steel has been widely used for main steam pipelines of ultra-supercritical units,hence,study on testing method for the said steel is very important.For this,selecting probes with different k value,a sound speed measurement for test blocks of P92 steel and carbon steel has been carried out,result shows that the sound speed behavior of P92 steel is similar to that of carbon steel,the supersonic testing method of P92 steel can continue to use the supersonic testing method for carbon steel.
