摘要
根据国产液压凿岩机关键零部件冲击活塞使用寿命短的现状,研制出一种低碳合金钢25CrNi3MoA,试验表明该材料具有良好淬透性、合理的金相组织和物理机械性能,其综合性能优于对比用钢20CrMnMo和40CrNiMoA钢。经工业性试验,试验用钢制作的液压冲击活塞的使用寿命较高。
Based of impact piston which is the key part of domestic hydraulic driler, A low carbon alloy steel 25CrNi3MoA was developed. The test shows that the material has good permeability, rational metallographic structure and physical mechanical performance, its comprehensive performance is superior to 20 crMnMo and 40CrNiMoA steel. Through Industrial test, the hydraulic impact piston made of this material has long servile life.
