4200kW交-交变频同步电机高压动态补偿系统设计与分析

摘要 中板改造工程新装2台4 200 kW交-交变频同步电机,由于轧钢机在运行中会向电网输出大量的谐波并且对电网电压产生频繁的冲击引起电压波动,对电网的安全运行以及其他具有正常负荷的用电系统造成严重影响,同时影响自身生产效率的提高。为解决上述问题,根据轧钢机及电力系统的主要技术参数,计算了无功补偿容量及滤波支路电容器的容量,并设计了(TCR+FC)型的高压动态无功补偿装置系统,给出主要设备参数。最后对系统的应用进行了分析,6kV母线侧功率因数月平均值达到0.95以上,电压波动下降到2.0%。 Two cycloconverter-fed synchronous motors of 4 200 kW were set by plate reconstruction project. A large number of harmonics will be output to the power network by the operation of rolling mill which can cause voltage fluctuations frequently. It will cause severe impact on the safe operation of the power network and other power systems with normal loads severe meanwhile affect the efficiency of production to solve the problems above, var compensation capacity and filter bypass capacitor capacity can be calculated according to the main technical parameters of power system and rolling mill.And designed high-voltage dynamic var compensation (TCR + FC)was designed -type high-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation equipment systems, the main device parameters are given. Finally, the application of systems was analyzed. Power factor of 6kV bus-side can improve to 0.95 and voltage fluctuations down to 2.0%.
