摘要
柳叶湖是常德市创建"文化名城"的重点建设景区,其文化底蕴深厚。要进一步优化其文化环境,必须实现由文化资源向文化资本、由单一的文化投资主体向多元的文化投资主体的转变,实现经营集约化发展,并将学术成果转变为精品实践。这对于打造柳叶湖文化品牌、增强其在旅游市场中的竞争力具有重要的意义。
The Liuye Lake is a key scenic spot for Changde City to build "famous cultural city".It has rich cultural foundation.In order to further optimalize its cultural environment,we must achieve the shift from cultural resource to cultural capital and from single cultural investment subject to multiple cultural investment subject.We must achieve intensive operation to develop.All these are very important for establishment of its cultural brand and lifting of its competitive ability.
