摘要
作为"草根民主"的农村基层自治,已极大地改变了中国基层政治生态,有效地促进了乡村治理与农村发展,具有多种政治伦理价值。从政治层面看,农村基层自治既是中国政治民主化的逻辑起点,又是中国农村社会和谐的稳定器;从伦理层面看,农村基层自治是基于道德秩序的传统自治态的延续,也是政治国家与公民社会分离的政治伦理生态使然;农村基层自治在其发展过程中展现了它强大的政治魅力与伦理魅力。
As a grassroots democracy,the rural grass-roots unit self-governance has multiple values of political ethics.It changes the political ecology of China dramatically and promotes rural governance and the development of country effectively.From the political level,the rural grassroots unit self-governance is the logical starting point of political democratization and stabilizer of social harmony in rural arrears;from the ecological ethic it is the continuation of traditional self-governance which is based on the moral order and the politically ethical and ecological result of the separation of the political state from civil society.It demonstrates great political and ethical charm during its development.
