摘要
上海汽轮机厂早年生产的亚临界300MW汽轮机组由于设计中各种原因,其高压排汽段的通流效率较低,影响了整个机组的经济性水平。本文采用CFD技术,对该汽轮机的高压排汽段的流场情况进行建模计算,并结合国际上先进的设计理念,提出了改造方案。最后对比改造前后的通流效率,预测了改造所能达到的效果。
Because of design reasons,the HP exhaust of the 300MW sub-critical steam turbines made by STW early has lower flow efficiency,that exert influence on the unit/'s economy.In this paper,CFD method is applied to get the flow field for the HP exhaust,and then redesign a new flow structure according to the world/'s advanced HP exhaust design idea.ln the end,the flow efficiency of the new HP exhaust design is compared with that of the old one and the results to be obtained are predicted.
