电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定注射液中铝离子浓度 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立注射液中铝含量的测定方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测注射液中铝离子浓度。结果线性方程为A=5.946×103C+2044,溶液浓度在0~25μl/L范围呈良好线性关系(r=0.9976),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD=1.0%(n=15),重复性RSD为2.2%(n=5),精密度RSD为2.1%(n=6)。结论采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定注射液中铝离子浓度,方法准确、可靠、快速,适用于注射液中痕量铝元素的浓度分析。 Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for determination of the aluminum content in injections.Methods The ICP-MS method was used to determine contents of aluminum in many kinds of injections.Results The linear relationship between count and concentration of Al was in range of 0~25 μl/L (r=0.997 6).The average recovery was 100.9%,RSD=1.0%(n=15).Conclusion This method is accurate and rapid,it is suitable to analyse the aluminum content in injections.
