摘要
采用杂交、诱变、回交、系谱选择等综合育种途径,经过5年8代连续选择,选育出300余份稳定爆裂玉米自交系,测交筛选出11个产量及爆裂性均超过对照(YB-1)的优良单交组合,在河南省夏直播籽粒产量可达3000～6500kg/hm^2,比对照增产3.71％～118.26％,完全可以在黄淮海玉米产区夏直播生产。爆裂玉米种质的积累与创新及综合育种方法的利用也为今后爆裂玉米育种的进一步开展奠定了比较坚实的基础。
Through cross, physical mutation, backcross and pedigree selection breeding methods, more than 300 popcorn inbreeding lines were bred and 11 popcorn single crosses exceeded ck (YB - 1) in kernel yield and popping characteristics. The yield of the 11 fine single crosses was 3000 - 6500kg/hm2 in Henan summer - sowing conditions and exceeded that of the ck by 3.71 % - 118 .26% . By the collection and improvement of the popcorn gennplasm and the comprehensive breeding methods, more stable funda-tion would be formed for the future popcorn breeding.
