换热器非标法兰封板应力强度分析

摘要 对于管壳式换热器的非标法兰封板,利用APDL程序实现全参数化的三维有限元建模,并计算得到封板的应力分布,归纳出影响封板的应力强度的因素,通过调整这些因素得到非标法兰封板的合理厚度。 By using the APDL (ANSYS parametric design language) program, the full parameterized 3-dimensional finite element model of the non-standard shell flange for the tubular heat exchanger was established. The stress distribution of the shell flange was analyzed to discuss the main factors affecting its structural strength. By adjusting these factors, the reasonable thickness of the non-standard shell flange could be gotten.
