摘要
目的研究地榆升白片改善白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组服用地榆升白片,对照组服用鲨肝醇,30d为1个疗程,观察两个月,观察外周血白细胞的升高值。结果治疗组2～3周后外周血白细胞上升快于对照组,体征改善也较快。结论地榆升白片应用于白细胞减少症的患者升白细胞较快,体征改善效果较好,可安全应用于此类患者。
Objective To study the effect of treating leucopenia with diyu shengbai tabella.Methods To devide the patients into two goups randomly as study group and controlled group.The study group used diyu shengbai tabella and the controlled group used batilol in two months.To observe the number of WBC in blood.Results The WBC with the study group improved more quickly than the controlled group,and the physical sign improved also.Conclusion Diyu shengbai tabella is more suitable and safer to treat leucopenia patients to rise WBC,and improve physical sign.
