摘要
利用100 t转炉冶炼,LF炉精炼,小方坯连铸及第六代摩根高速线材轧机,转炉终点控制出钢温度为1 630~1 650℃;终点w(C)≥0.06%,w(P)≤0.020%;轧制时控制钢坯加热温度为950~1 040℃,开轧温度为930~980℃,吐丝温度为850~890℃,安钢成功研发出20Mn2A圆环链用热轧盘条。结果表明:产品屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率、面缩率平均值均大于协议要求,φ12 mm盘条中心处和1/2半径处组织均为F+P,1/2半径处晶粒度为9.0~9.5级。盘条表面光滑,成品尺寸精度稳定控制在±0.15 mm,完全满足国标及用户技术协议的要求。
20Mn2A hot-rolled wire rod for ring chain was researched and developed by Angang successfully by adopting 100 t converter smehing, LF furnace refining, small billet continuous casting and the sixth-generation Morgan high-speed wire rod mill, tapping temperature at converter end-point was eontrolled from 1 630 ℃ to 1 650 ℃ , end w (C) no less than 0.06% , w (P) no more than 0. 020% , steel billet heating temperature while rolling was controlled from 950 ℃ to 1 040 ℃ , rolling temperature from 930 ℃ to 980 ℃ , wire rod laying temperature from 850 ℃ to 890 ℃. Results show that average value of product yield strength, tensile strength, elongation percentage, area reduction is higher than agreement requirement. The microstructure of diameter 12 mm central and 1/2 radius area are both ferrite and pearlite, 1/2 radius grain size grade is from 9.0 to 9.5. Wire rod surface is smooth, finished product size accuracy is controlled within ± 0.15 mm stably, which satisfy the requirements of national standard and customer technical agreement.
