文章采用文献资料法探讨了西藏古代田径运动的萌芽、发展、演变的轨迹,为我们研究藏族田径运动发展史提供了第一手资料。
By the way of documentary data method,the paper analyzes and explores the bud and development of Tibetan ancient track and field.It provids the first material for studying the history of Tibetan ancient track and field.
