Nitration of O-xylene by Regioselective Catalysis with Solid Super Acidic Catalyst S_2O_8^(2-)/MoO_3-TiO_2

摘要 以硫酸钛为主要原料,采用浸渍-沉淀法制备了固体超强酸S2O82-/MoO3-TiO2,并用于邻二甲苯选择性硝化。制备催化剂的最优条件为:(NH4)2S2O8浸渍浓度为0.5 mol/L,(NH4)6Mo7O24浸渍浓度为0.2 mol/L,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为3h;通过正交实验得到邻二甲苯选择性硝化的最佳条件为:反应温度60℃、反应时间2h、m(催化剂)/mHNO3为2.0及nHNO3/no-xylene为1.8,邻二甲苯转化率为93.7%,4-/3-比值为1.70。 The solid super acidic catalyst S2O2-8/MoO3-TiO2 was prepared by Ti(SO4)2 as the raw material with precipitation-impregnation method,and it was used in the regioselective nitration of O-xylene.The optimum conditions of catalyst preparation were impregnation concentration of(NH4)2S2O8 0.5mol/L,impregnation concentration of(NH4)6Mo7O24 0.2mol/L,alcination temperature 500℃,and calcination time 3h.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions of regioselective nitration of o-xylene were resulted as follows,the mass ratio of catalyst to nitric acid was 2.0,the molar ratio of nitric acid to o-xylene was 1.8,and the reaction was 60℃ for 3h.The yield of o-xylene was 93.7% and the molar ratio 4-to 3-was 1.70 under above conditions.
