摘要
研究了挤压变形条件与TA15挤压型材组织和性能的关系。结果表明,挤压温度在相变点以上70~120℃,挤压比为76.1~84.6时,可以获得具有细长条状α和晶界α的β转变组织及室温力学性能较稳定的型材。
The relations between extrusion deformation conditions and microstructure & property of TA15 alloy were studied. Through research on the extrusion temperature, deformation degrees, annealing process, and microstructure & properties of TA15 alloy, it was found out that when the extrusion temperature was 70 - 120 ℃ above the phase transformation point and extrusion ratio was in the range of 76. 1 - 84. 6, thinner and longer laths a phase can be obtained, and the mechanical performance at room temperature of the product was steady
