摘要
目的探讨胰腺十二指肠复合伤的诊断和治疗,以提高早期确诊率和减少并发症。方法回顾性分析本院2006-07/2010-01收治的胰腺十二指肠联合伤8例的临床资料。结果术前全部病例中胰腺损伤均早期诊断,十二指肠损伤早期诊断2例,本组抢救成功7例,术后1例死亡于休克不能纠正,术后并发胰漏3例,十二指肠漏2例。结论及早行手术探查修复损伤和有效的引流是抢救成功的关键。
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of blunt pancreatoduodenal injury to improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the occurrence of complication.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with blunt pancreatoduodenal injury from July 2006 to January 2010 were analyzed.retrospectively.Results All pancreatic injury cases were diagnosed preoperatively,but only 2 duodenal injury cases were diagnosed before operation.Seven cases were cured,1 died of incurable shock,3 had complication of pancreatic fistula,and 2 had complication of intestinal fistula.Conclusion Early diagnosis of pancreatoduodenal injury is difficult.Early laparotomy exploration and effective drainage are essential for the success of treatment.
