摘要
吸附剂的再生方法影响到油气吸附回收成套技术的回收效果、投资成本、运行费用及安全性。详细阐述了吸附剂的热再生法、真空解吸再生法、超临界流体再生法、超声波再生法和微波辐射再生法,指出了各种再生方法存在的优缺点。目前,应在进一步优化真空解吸的同时,对其他解吸方法也应给予足够重视,并进行系统的基础研究。
In the oil vapor recovery system by adsorption separation,the regeneration technology of adsorbent plays a decisive role in the recovery effect,system installation and operation cost,and safety.The adsorbent regeneration technologies and mechanisms were systemically introduced and discussed,such as thermal desorption,vacuum desorption,supercritical fluid desorption,ultrasonic desorption and microwave desorption,and then their advantage and disadvantage were analyzed.The future research on the adsorbent regeneration will lie on the optimization of the vacuum desorption technology and on the foundational and systematical investigation of the other regeneration technologies.
