含软金属脂的摩擦修复效应及其在蜗轮台架上的摩擦学性能

摘要 研制了添加锡、锌和铟3种软金属的新型抗磨自修复润滑脂,在改进的MS-800型四球式摩擦磨损试验机上对该润滑脂润滑下的钢-钢、钢-铜面接触摩擦副的磨损自修复效应和摩擦学性能进行了研究。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了钢、铜试样表面的化学元素分布以及形成自修复涂层的厚度及其表面形貌。采用WD型蜗轮减速器进行摩擦磨损台架试验。结果表明,研制的含锡锌铟润滑脂能在钢、铜表面形成约25~30μm厚度的软金属修复镀层。该修复润滑脂具有优良的减摩性和抗磨性。 A new type of anti-wear self-repairing grease containing three soft metals of Sn,Zn and In was developed.To study the anti-wear,self-repairing capacity and tribological performance of the lubricant,tests were carried out for steel-steel,steel-copper surface-contact tribo-pair on an improved MS-800 4-ball tester.Chemical elements distribution on surface of steel and copper samples,coating thickness and surface appearance were analyzed with scanning electron microscope (SEM).The lubricant was applied to WD type of worm reducer on which the friction and wearing bench tests were performed.The results indicated that the developed grease containing Sn-Zn-In could form a soft metal friction coating with 25-30μm thickness on the surface of steel and copper samples.The developed grease had excellent anti-wear and friction-reducing properties.
