摘要
合成了2种含磷酸酯官能团的离子液体,即1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯盐([MMIM]DMP)和1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑磷酸二甲酯盐([MEIM]DMP),用核磁共振氢谱仪表征了其结构,采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机考察了所制备离子液体作为润滑剂对钢-钢摩擦副的摩擦学性能,并与磷嗪(X-1P)进行了比较,采用X射线光电子能谱仪和扫描电子显微镜分析了磨损表面元素的化学状态及其磨斑形貌。结果表明,所合成的离子液体[MMIM]DMP和[MEIM]DMP具有优良的润滑性能,摩擦系数低,抗磨性能优良。离子液体在摩擦过程中形成了化学吸附边界润滑膜,有效地起到了抗磨、减磨的作用。
Two ionic liquids containing phosphate functional groups,1,3-dimethyl imidazolium dimethylphosphate ([MMIM]DMP) and 1-methyl-3-ethyl imidazolium diethylphosphate([MEIM]DMP),were prepared,and characterized by 1H NMR and evaluated as a kind of promising lubricant for steel-on-steel contact with an optimal SRV friction and wear tester in comparison with phosphazene X-1P.Elemental composition and chemical nature of the boundary films generated on the worn surface were analyzed with a Kevex energy dispersive X-ray analyzer equipped on a scanning electron microscope,and an X-ray photoelectron spectroscope.As a result,the synthesized [MMIM]DMP and [MEIM]DMP possessed excellent friction-reducing and antiwear ability,which was attributed to the formation of chemical adsorption and tribo-chemical reaction boundary film on the worn surface during sliding process.
