摘要
研究了不同熔制温度、时间、原料以及气氛对10PbO-30Fe2O3-60P2O5玻璃氧化还原指数和电导率的影响。研究结果表明:玻璃中二价铁离子的含量随熔制温度升高而增加,氧化还原指数从1100℃的0.17增加到1400℃的0.43,玻璃的电导率也随之增大。而熔制时间和原料对玻璃氧化还原指数的影响甚微。在空气和氮气两种不同气氛下熔制的玻璃,氧化还原指数也有所不同,氮气气氛中达到了0.55,表明了Fe2+已经占据主导地位。
Iron oxidation and reduction equilibrium and electric conductivity were investigated for the 10PbO-30Fe2O3-60P2O5 glasses prepared by melting the batches composed of different raw materials at 1100-1400℃ for 2-8h,and under different atmosphere.The valence states of the iron ions in these glasses were tested and the electric conductivity were measured.The testing results indicated that the concentration of Fe2+ ions increased with the increasing of melting temperature.The redox number increased from 0.17 to 0.43 as the melting temperature increased from 1100 to 1400°C.It was shown that the DC conductivity strongly depended on redox number of the glasses.The DC conductivity increases with the increasing of Fe2+ ion content in these glasses.On the contrary,the effect of melting time and raw materials can hardly be observed.Furthermore,the equilibrium shifts to the reduction side when the glass melted under nitrogen atmosphere.
