一种无电流环永磁同步电动机伺服控制的研究 被引量:3

Research on Non-current Loop Servo Control System for PMSM

摘要 针对永磁同步电动机的传统控制,利用永磁同步电机空间矢量脉宽调制原理(SVPWM)进行解耦,采集两路电流信号来控制电机的转矩及转速,该文提出了一种基于精确的光电编码信号测速的无电流环直接电压控制策略,省去两路电流采样信号,节约了成本,提高可靠性;通过DSP芯片TMS320F2407设计了工业缝纫机控制器的硬件及软件,实现了无电流环永磁同步电动机控制,满足客户的需求。 As the usually of the control for PMSM is selected as the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM),and it needs two current signal for control torque and speed.A precise optical encoder based on the signal non-current loop voltage direct control strategy was proposed.It can reduce two signals and save cost,improve reliability.Designed the hardware and the software of the industrial sewing macline based on DSP chinp TMS320F2407,realized the non-curent loop control of PMSM,satisfied the demands of customers.
