摘要
基于AMESim建立高速电磁开关阀的模型及PID调节的高速电磁开关阀控缸位置控制模型,选用ITAE指标,用AMESim的遗传算法优化功能对PID参数进行优化,实现高速电磁开关阀控缸的精确位置控制。
The simulation models of high speed on-off solenoid valve and the position control system of the cylinder controlled by high speed on-off solenoid valve were established based on AMESim. The PID controller parameters were optimized through genetic al- gorithm based on index of ITAE. Accurate position control of the cylinder controlled by high speed on-off valve was realized.
