摘要
目的观察人工鼻泪管治疗慢性泪囊炎和鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法本组36例(39眼)。鼻泪管阻塞11眼,慢性泪囊炎28眼。应用人工鼻泪管治疗慢性泪囊炎和鼻泪管阻塞。结果随访半年至1年,治愈29眼(74.36%),好转7眼(17.95%),无效3眼(7.69%),总有效率92.31%。结论人工鼻泪管治疗慢性泪囊炎和鼻泪管阻塞,疗效可靠,与传统的治疗方法相比较具有多种优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of artificial lacrimonasal duct interventional therapy in chronic dacryocystitis and obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct. Methods 36 patients（39 eyes） were involved in this study,including 11 cases of obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct and 28 of chronic dacryocystitis.Artificial lacrimonasal duct interventional therapy was applied for these patients. Results 29（74.36%） were found cured,7（17.95%） improved and 3（7.69%） ineffective in the follow-upperiod from 0.5～1 year.The total effective rate was 92.31%. Conclusion Artificial lacrimonasal duct interventional therapy is a feasible and reliable therapy for chronic dacryocystitis and obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct.It overwhelms the traditional therapies in many aspects.
