阿托伐他汀钙辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭25例临床观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CCHF)的疗效及安全性。方法将同期收治的50例CCHF患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,两组均予CCHF常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙20 mg口服,1次/d。两组均治疗8周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。根据症状及NYHA心功能分级变化判定疗效;行6 min步行试验检测两组运动耐量,行超声心动图检查观察左室舒张末期内径(LVD)、左室后壁厚度(LVWP)、左室射血分数(LVEF);观察不良反应发生情况。结果观察组和对照组均可耐受并完成治疗,总有效率分别为88.00%、60.00%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVEF和6 min步行距离均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组出现恶心、乏力1例,轻度头昏1例,经调整剂量后症状均消失,未见其他明显不良反应。结论阿托伐他汀钙辅助治疗CCHF安全、有效。
