Oddi括约肌功能障碍的循证医学治疗实践初探 被引量：3

摘要 Oddi括约肌功能障碍（sphincter of Oddi dysfunction,SOD）是指Oddi括约肌运动异常致患者胆汁、胰液排出受阻,使胆管、胰管内压升高,临床上表现为胆汁淤积、胰源性腹痛或急性胰腺炎.有报道胆囊切除术后有1%发生SOD,可能的发病机制有括约肌痉挛、去神经性敏感性导致的高张力和括约肌收缩波的连续性或频率异常[1].但由于胆道系统的结构和功能较为复杂,尚对该病认识不足.
