摘要
根据321不锈钢材料的特性,用UG软件建立三维造型,采用Qform-3D软件对其进行管材挤压过程的有限元模拟。研究发现,挤压时管材内壁的金属比外壁的金属流动快,内部应变小于外部应变等;分析了产生的原因,进而研究一些主要影响因素对热挤压成形过程的影响规律。
According to the characteristics of 321 stainless steel, setting up 3-D model with UG software, the FEM simulation of tube extrusion process was made using Qform-3D software. The results show that the metal flow rate of the inner wall is faster than that of the outer wall during the tube extrusion, and the inner equivalent strain value is smaller than the outer equivalent strain value. The causes were analyzed and the influence of main factors on the thermal extrusion process was studied.
