SD大鼠实验性坐骨神经损伤的运动神经传导检测 被引量:4

The Detection of Motor Nerve Conduction in Rats with Injury of Sciatic Nerve

摘要 目的:观察SD大鼠不同坐骨神经损伤所致的运动神经传导功能。方法:30只大鼠随机分3组(10只/组):坐骨神经完全切断再植组(CCRI);慢性嵌压性神经损伤组(CCI);坐骨神经分支选择结扎切断组(SNI)。分别于术后10d和30d用肌电图仪电刺激大鼠的坐骨神经远、近端,在腓肠肌肌腹部记录复合肌肉动作电位,计算出坐骨神经的运动传导速度(MCV)并与健侧(左侧)作对照。结果:大鼠损伤侧的运动神经传导波形离散、波幅减低,表现为神经传导阻滞。结论:神经传导检测对于大鼠坐骨神经不同部位、不同程度损伤的诊断、治疗效果和预后评估有应用价值。 Objective:To detect the motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)of the Sprague-Dawley rats with injury of sciatic nerve by different ways.Methods:Thirty healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into the sciatic nerve completely cutting and reimplantation group(CCRI),chronical constriction injury(CCI)and spared nerve injury group(SNI).Compound muscle action potential were performed to the distal and proximal sciatic nerve trunks and calculated at gastrocnemius muscle belly 10 and 30 days after the operation,and then compared with the normal control.Results:MCV on the on the injured sciatic nerves was discrete and amplitude was degrade,showing conduction blockage.Conclusion:It is meaningful to perform MCV detection as for the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of sciatic nerve injury.
