结膜切口摘除眼眶肌锥内海绵状血管瘤的微创术 被引量：1

摘要 海绵状血管瘤（cavelqlous hemangioma）是成年人较常见的眼眶原发性良性肿瘤，主要发生于眼眶深部的肌锥内视神经外侧。其手术难度较大，常常需要做外侧眼眶切开，术后影响容貌。2004年，笔者开始摸索结膜切口的微创方法，并经逐渐完善后，对患者的容貌未产生影响。自2006年7月至2009年12月，笔者采用该方法对26例海绵状血管瘤患者进行了手术治疗，现总结如下：
