第三方骨髓间充质干细胞移植的研究进展

摘要 随着学者们对骨髓间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cell，MSC）研究的不断深入，MSC以其容易分离培养、低免疫原性、抑制免疫反应、可诱导分化为多种组织等优点，而被广泛用于细胞移植、器官移植、组织工程及临床治疗等领域；因供体与受体MSC必须相符，又使其应用受到了限制。然而，MSC具有低免疫原性，
