痴呆行为和精神症状的诊断与治疗现状 被引量：7

摘要 老龄化社会的到来使痴呆成为神经精神科及老年科最为常见的问题之一。尽管早在1906年，A1zheimer医师即已指出，精神症状是痴呆的常见伴随症状，但长期以来尚缺乏统一的描述和定义。至1996年，国际老年精神病学协会（IPA）统一用痴呆行为和精神症状（BPSD）来定义“痴呆患者经常出现的紊乱的感知、思维、心境和行为症状，反映出对这组症状的重视和关注。
