摘要
目的评估检测阿拉伯糖甘露糖脂抗体（ＬＡＭＩｇＧ）对结核性脑膜炎的诊断价值。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测脑脊液中的ＬＡＭＩｇＧ。结果７３例结核性脑膜炎ＬＡＭＩｇＧ阳性率为５１％，３６例对照组均呈阴性结果，特异性为１００％。结论检测脑脊液中ＬＡＭＩｇＧ对诊断结核性脑膜炎有较高的应用价值。
Objective To ascertain the value of lipoarabinomannan IgG(LAM IgG) determination in the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis. Methods LAM IgG in cerebrospinal fluid was detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of LAM IgG in 73 patients with tuberculous meningitis was 51%, 36 control cases were all negtive. The specificity was 100%. Conclusions Detection of LAM IgG in cerebrospinal fluid is a useful tool for diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis.
