彩色超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的评价彩色超声(彩超)引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的应用价值。方法对126例可疑Ⅱ期以上乳腺癌患者行彩超引导下粗针穿刺活检,诊断为乳腺癌患者给予新辅助化疗后行乳腺癌根治性手术,标本再送石蜡切片病理检查,非乳腺癌患者给予切除活检,对病理结果比较分析。结果送检126例穿刺标本分别为:乳腺增生症55例,浸润性导管癌41例,乳腺纤维瘤24例,浸润性小叶癌3例,慢性炎症2例,髓样癌1例。彩超引导下粗针穿刺活检病理结果与手术切除术后病理结果符合率为98.4%,漏诊2例占1.6%。结论彩超引导下粗针穿刺是乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前一种安全、微创及准确可靠的病理诊断方法 。
