MRI检查序列在鼻咽癌T分期中的价值

摘要 目的评价MRI各序列对检测不同T分期鼻咽癌的准确率。方法对40例鼻咽癌患者行MRI检查。将每个单独序列得到的T分期分别与通过全部序列得到的T分期进行对比,得出每个单独序列的准确率。结果每个单独序列T分期的准确率如下:T1轴位增强压脂序列为95%,PD轴位压脂序列为95%,T2轴位平扫序列为85%,T2冠状位压脂平扫序列为80%,T1轴位平扫序列为73.5%。结论 MRI检查各序列可互补,T1轴位增强压脂、PD轴位压脂结合T1轴位平扫和T2压脂序列可为临床提供较高的T分期准确率,为鼻咽癌制定治疗计划及预后判断提供准确信息。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of different MRI pulse sequences in the T-staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods MRI examination was performed in 40 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The accuracy of T-staging was obtained by comparing the results of each individual pulse sequence with all sequences.Results T-staging for each individual sequence of its accuracy is as follows: accuracy on enhanced fat suppressed sequence T1WI was 95%; axial fat suppressed sequence PDW was 95%; axial T2WI was 85%; coronal fat suppressed sequence T2WI was 80%; spin echo T1W was 73.5%. Conclusion Enhanced fat suppressed sequence T1WI and fat suppressed sequence PDW have the highest accuracy in the T-staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and provide important information for treatment and prognosis.
