混菌发酵袋装全价饲料对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:17

摘要 为了研究发酵饲料能否替代抗生素在断奶仔猪生产性能上的作用,选用90头28日龄断奶杜长大仔猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。试验分为对照组Ⅰ(不含抗生素)、对照组Ⅱ(含抗生素)、试验组(发酵全价料,且不含抗生素)。试验结果表明:试验组日增重比对照组Ⅰ和Ⅱ分别增重24.1%(P<0.01)、12.5%(P<0.01),差异极显著;料肉比分别比对照组Ⅰ和Ⅱ降低4.9(P<0.05)、2.8(P>0.05),试验组和对照组Ⅰ差异显著,但和对照组Ⅱ差异不显著;腹泻率分别比对照组I和Ⅱ降低77.8%(P<0.05)和63.6%(P>0.05)。由此可见:发酵全价料能明显提高断奶仔猪的生产性能,提高饲料的利用率,降低腹泻率;发酵饲料可取代抗生素在饲料中的添加。 In order to study the effect of fermentation instead of antibiotics on weaned piglets" growth performance, 90 weaned piglets of 28-day-old are selected to be randomly divided into 3 groups, Every group sets up 3 repetitions, and 10 piglets in each repetition. For experiment, there are contrast group I (without antibiotics), contrast group II (with antibiotics), test group(full-price fermentation and no antibiotics). Test results show that the daily gain of the test group is 24.1%(P〈0.01) and 12.5%(P〈0.01) more over contrast group I and II, an extremely significant difference; feed/gain rate decreases by 4.9% (P〈0.05) and 2.8% (P〉0.05) over contrast I and II, there is a large difference between test group and contrast group I , but a small difference between test group and contrast II. Diarrhea rates compared with the control groupI and II decreased 77.8% and 63.6%,and the experimental group and control group I significantly different(P〈0.05),and the control group II was not significantly. Therefore, full-price fermentation can obviously improve the production performance of weaned piglets, the utilization of feed, as well reduce diarrhoea rate; fermentation can substitute for antibiotics as additive in feed.
