摘要
目的：探讨宣降平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘发作期的临床疗效。方法：选取支气管哮喘发作期患者37例，采用自拟宣降平喘汤治疗，每日煎服1剂，分上下午各服1次，7剂为一个疗程。结果：临床治愈：喘息症状及肺部哮呜音明显消失，有19倒，占51.4％；显效：喘息症状及肺部哮呜音明显好转，有7例，占18．9％；好转：喘息症状及肺部哮鸣音有好转，有6例，占16．2％；无效：喘息症状仍明显，有5例，占13．5％。总有效率86．5％。结论：宣降平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘发作期具有较好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Results： Clinical cure： The respite symptom and the lungs heavy breathing calls sound obvious vanishing,some 19 examples,account for 51.4%; Appearance： The respite symptom and the lungs heavy breathing calls the sound obvious change for the better, some 7 examples,account for 18. 9% ; Change for the better： The respite symptom and the lungs heavy breathing calls the sound to have the change for the better,some 6 examples,account for 16.2%; Invalid： The respite symptom was still obvious, some 5 examples, accounted for 13. 5%. Total effectiveness 86. 5%. Conclusion： Proclaims fails breathes heavily the soup treatment bronchial tube asthma attack to have the good curative effect evenly, is worth the clinical promoted application.
