摘要
纳米管由于具有特殊的管状结构,其制备和应用研究引起了越来越多科研工作者的关注。金属纳米管是纳米管的重要组成成员,与其它纳米管相比较,由于其特殊的直接电子传递能力和生物相容性,在电化学传感器构建中具有较强的优势。主要综述了金纳米管的制备方法(化学沉积法和电化学沉积法)、制备所需的模板(多孔阳极氧化铝和聚碳酸酯模板)和在电化学生物传感器中的应用及其发展前景。
Nanotube has attracted growing attention due to their hollow nanostructures. Gold nanotube is an important component member of the nanotubes, which has innate advantage in the construction of electrochemical sensors because of its unique direct electron transfer capacity and biocompatibility compared with other nanotubes. The various synthetic methods(chemical deposition and electrochemical deposition) about gold nanotbue including needful templates(polycarbonate(PC) and porous anodic alluminum oxide(AAO)) and its applications in electrochemical sensors are reviewed. The prospects and development trend of gold nanotube are discussed.
