摘要
目的:探讨老年中低位直肠癌保肛手术的手术可行性及优点。方法:回顾性分析南通市肿瘤医院1993年-2003年的46例老年中下段直肠癌的保肛手术治疗情况。结果:全组无手术死亡,2例发生吻合口瘘,1例局部复发,5年生存率为82.1%。结论:合理掌握手术适应症,老年中下段直肠癌保肛手术治疗是一种较安全有效术式。
Objective： To investigate the feasibility and advantage of ano - saving surgery in mid or low rectal carcinoma treatment of elder patients. Methods ： Forty six elder patients with mid or low rectal carcinoma received ano - saving surgery in Nantong Tumor Hospital from 1993 - 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： There was no death due to operation, the stomal leak occurred in 2 cases,local recurrence at stoma occurred in 1 case, and 5 - year survival rate was 82.1%. Conclusions： Ano - saving surgery in the treatment of mid or low rectal carcinoma of elder patients is safe and effective.
