摘要
反式脂肪酸(transfattyacids,TFA)是一类含有反式双键的非共轭不饱和脂肪酸。越来越多的证据表明TFA对心血管损伤主要由两个方面的效应所致,即脂质效应和非脂质效应。研究证实,膳食中总TFA的比例每增加2%,冠心病的危险增加23%,若将膳食中总TFA的比例从2.1%下调到0.1%,心血管事件发生率可下降22%。非脂质效应涉及的领域较广,如内皮功能损伤、致炎、导致细胞凋亡、激活血小板、促进血栓形成、脂肪代谢分布异常、胰岛素抵抗等,因此成为近年来研究的重点。
