我国教育硕士培养的学术化倾向及改革对策 被引量:42

Academic Orientation in Cultivating the Master of Education in China and Its Countermeasures

摘要 受教育学硕士培养模式定势的影响,当前我国教育硕士的培养不同程度地存在向教育学硕士趋同的倾向。为了凸显教育硕士培养的应用性、实践性特色,必须正确认识学术性与实践性之间的关系,坚持应用型人才培养的专业学位目标定位;加强教育硕士课程的实践环节,完善应用型人才培养的课程教学体系;加强教育硕士实践型师资队伍建设,构建应用型人才培养的"双师型"教师队伍。 Nowadays the cultivation of the Master of Education tends to be academic orientation in varying degrees, owing to the habitual effects of cultivating model of Master of Pedagogy. In order to highlight the practical and applicable cultivation features of Master of Education, it should stick to the practical training objective of professional degree education, by dealing with the relationships properly between practical orientation and academic orientation in cultivating Master of Education; perfect the curriculum teaching systems of training practical talents, by reinforcing the practical process of curriculum teaching; build doublequality teachers team, by emphasizing the supervisors' practical quality as well as the academic quality.
